For youngsters with Autism or special needs aged 16+, with one parent / sibling / caregiver accompanying.

This is a retail outlet in a residential area where only persons with disabilities are employed.

A physically challenged person is paired with one intellectually challenged person complimenting each other's skills

They independently run this retail outlet selling vegetables, fruits, dairy products and groceries.
Farming

Farming is a very positive vocation where the candidate is close to nature and is working with mother earth
-
We plan to introduce regular farming activity like tilling, sowing, weeding, nurturing the plants

We plan to introduce a training course in these activities.
Paper Bag Manufacturing

With the emphasis on NO PLASTICS across the country and to contribute towards environment, we have commenced this activity from Aug 2018

Paper creasing machine, eyelet punching machine and bag pressing machine have been procured

We have trained PWDs to operate the machines
-
Currently we have engaged 6 PWDs and will be adding more as the business progresses
Vegetable
Cutting

The activities include cleaning, sorting and grading the vegetables, peeling of onion, garlic, potato, shelling corn & peas, cutting the vegetables and supply to the restaurants

We have constructed a shed and built a vegetable cutting unit.
